EMDR Consultation

If you are an EMDR-trained therapist, you already know how powerful this work can be - and how important it is to have support as you deepen your practice. Consultation offers a space to reflect, ask questions, get feedback, and grow your confidence with EMDR. It's also a place to talk through challenging cases, celebrate wins, and stay grounded in the work. Regular consultation can help prevent burnout, sharpen your skills, and keep you aligned with best practices so you can keep showing up fully for your clients.

I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and an EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training (CIT), and I offer individual and group consultation for fellow licensed clinicians who: 

• Have completed at least EMDR Basic Training, Part 1, through an EMDRIA-approved provider
• Are working towards EMDR Certification
• Have completed certification and are looking for additional support and case consultation

My consultation style is relational and collaborative. I bring a background in existential, psychodynamic, and attachment-based work, and I integrate all of that into how I think about EMDR. Some of the areas I specialize in include:

• Complicated grief
• Chronic pain and chronic illness
• Attachment trauma
• Complex trauma

Consultations are held over Zoom, so you are welcome to reach out no matter where you're located.
